Please understand that all massage requests are final, no refunds. However, if you must cancel your session, you must give a 24 hour notice prior to cancellation and reschedule your appointment at that time. By not giving the required amount of time requested to cancel your appointment, you forfiet any and all fees given because that time slot alloted for you could have been filled by someone else.

Please note...paypal is a convenient way to make a payment and with convenience comes consequences unfortunately. When someone pays by paypal, this account is charged a fee therefore I must ask that you add an additional $10 to cover this expense. This money is not received by me, it is deducted from the total amount prior to my receiving payment. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience, but with the prices already reduced for my services, I can not afford additional deductions for using this service.
