**Please Note...when purchasing a group of massages at once
the entire payment is due upon the initial appointment. 

Massage therapy is a valuable asset to your health and wellness program and in order to achieve its benefits, it is recommended to receive massages at least once a month minimum.  Also, when purchasing a series of massages all massages must be used within one year from the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
 
A "Missed Appointment" fee of $25.00 will be charged
 if you fail to notify Total Body Awareness Massage Therapy, LLC

cancelling your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

 

Also, please know and understand that since I am traveling far to come to your

home...you will be charged the entire amount of that appointment,

 even though you did not receive a massage, if you do not notify

Total Body Awareness Massage Therapy, LLC within the required amount of

time and I travel to and arrive at your home before you cancel.

 

 

 

There is a $25.00 Return Check fee added onto

the amount of the original check and 

 the additional charges deducted from my account due to

insuffiencient funds in regards to that check.
